Free also doesn't use his launcher against the other members of BC Sol very often, preferring to spin his Bey with his hand; although he uses his launcher when facing skilled bladers. As the strongest blader in the world (before Valt and Lui), he's well-versed in the strengths and weaknesses of Beyblades. Free really likes Beyblading and deer!

Free De La Hoya is a Beyblade prodigy who has been training since he was a child. He comes from a family of Beybladers and has always been the best among them. However, he grew tired of the competitive Beyblade scene and became disinterested in it. He now works at a Beyblade shop, where he spends most of his time playing video games or watching TV.
