Once upon a time, in a dystopian world where the Capitol ruled with an iron fist, the annual Hunger Games were held to remind the districts of their place. After Rue is killed, Katniss sings her a lullaby and covers her body in flowers. This act of defiance angers the Capitol, but it also inspires the other districts to rebel. Katniss eventually becomes the symbol of the rebellion, and she leads them to victory. After the war, Katniss marries Peeta and they have two children. She continues to fight for peace and justice in Panem, and she never forgets the importance of kindness.
