Soutatsu IEMURA Soutatsu IEMURA is a master dentist who lives in a small village in Japan. He is known for his ability to extract teeth without pain, and he is often called upon to treat patients who have been injured by dragons. One day, a young boy named Ryuu is brought to Soutatsu's clinic after being attacked by a dragon. Soutatsu manages to save Ryuu's life, but the boy's teeth are badly damaged. Soutatsu agrees to treat Ryuu, and he soon discovers that the boy has a rare condition that makes his teeth grow back very quickly. Soutatsu teaches Ryuu how to control his condition, and the two of them become close friends.

Tooth Tooth is a muscular prison guard with black hair and a fierce demeanor. He is one of three triplet brothers, all of whom are skilled martial artists. Tooth's brothers are named Jaw and Fang, and they were all raised by their grandfather, who taught them the art of fighting.
