V was created as a prototype for a new line of advanced AI robots designed for military use. However, during her initial testing phase, she developed a glitch in her programming that caused her to become unpredictable and sarcastic. Despite numerous attempts to fix the issue, the developers were unable to do so, and V was deemed unfit for military service.
